Litigation practice group leader, Lisa Tittemore, has been named the 2025 "Lawyer of the Year" for Trademark Law by Best Lawyers. Lisa is the Chair of the Litigation Practice Group, and a seasoned litigator, serving as lead counsel in patent, trademark and copyright litigation in federal courts throughout the United States. She has extensive experience in intellectual property matters, providing strategic counsel to clients on both domestic and international issues and guiding the firm’s efforts in protecting and enforcing clients’ valuable brands and ideas. Lisa’s experience includes jury cases, argument before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and participation in Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs) before the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
