Sunstein attorney Katherine W. Soule has been appointed as the New Lawyer Liaison to the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Boston Bar Association (BBA). Katherine focuses on intellectual property litigation and trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement. She assists clients with patent portfolio management and advises on intellectual property protection and global intellectual property strategies.
Katherine’s previous experience includes working in the legal department of a large medical device manufacturing company and at a vertically-integrated healthcare corporation. Katherine earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
