Kevin is an associate at Sunstein and focuses his practice on Intellectual Property litigation – primarily patent, trade secret, and trademark litigation. He has been involved in numerous litigations in federal district courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the International Trade Commission, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Prior to joining Sunstein, Kevin worked at an Intellectual Property Law firm where he concentrated in patent litigation. Kevin attended Suffolk University Law School where he was a Note Editor and member of the Article Selection Committee of the Law Review.
Before law school, Kevin worked for the Massachusetts Board of Medicine, where he assisted the Board and General Counsel with licensure enforcement proceedings and helped the Board develop safe prescribing policies and practices related to opioids, medical marijuana, and other controlled substances.
