We have extensive experience with the negotiation and documentation of partnership, equity, and employment and benefit arrangements for professional providers. This includes advice concerning terms of partnership, equity, and employment arrangements and definition of professional responsibilities, benefits, disability coverage, and retirement plans. Our firm is regularly involved in resolving contract termination and dissolution issues and disputes, including litigation.
We offer comprehensive assistance with professional licensing compliance, public health licensing, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, and fraud and abuse compliance. This includes development of compliance programs, assistance with implementation, and representation before regulatory agencies, inspectors general, Office of the Attorney General, and the United States Justice Department.
We can help clients with the assessment and resolution of antitrust issues, including strong representation before Massachusetts and federal courts and enforcement agencies. Our firm also develops antitrust compliance programs.
