Katherine is an associate at Sunstein. She concentrates in intellectual property litigation and trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement. Prior to joining Sunstein, Katherine worked on intellectual property and corporate transactions and counseling, as well as a range of litigation matters. She has also worked in the legal department of a large medical device manufacturing company and the legal department of a vertically-integrated healthcare corporation.
